THERMAL COMPRESSIVE POLYMERIZATION UNIT T-152
A device enabling laboratory polymerization of composite resins under increased pressure and temperature; polymerization may be performed in water or steam. The device allows outlet preselection, once the process from upper or lower part of the pressure container has been completed, by which only the overpressure (steam) or also the liquid filling can be released.
ADVANTAGES OF THE POLYMERIZATION UNIT:
1. External casing as well as internal functional parts is manufactured from stainless steel.
2. The device is relatively small but the inside area is large, which enables positioning the flask in a bracket.
3. Pressure, temperature and time remaining until the end of set polymerization are continuously indicated.
4. Standard equipment contains all the required accessories.
5. Casting moulds can be pressure-solidified in it at room temperature.
6. The possibility of optional steam or water release.
