HYDRAULIC PRESS-62
The hand press is designed mainly for pressing cuvettes...
This is a table-top semiautomatic vacuum-pressure casting device with high frequency melting in the casting pit that is formed directly in the mould body. It operates without the need for casting rings, saving on the cement compound and uses no fusion crucibles. It is equipped with accessories for tenon jointing and cementing the fixed as well as removable dentures. It enables casting of gold, silver-palladium and chrome- cobalt alloys.
ADVANTAGES OF CASTNG DEVICE:
1. Melting of alloy in vacuum
2. Purchase of fusion crucibles not required
3. Casting rings utilisation not required
4. Connection only to 230 V house distribution system and compressed air
5. Motorized vacuum pump and water cooling system built into the device
6. F ull-fledged working load in laboratory (10 castings / hour)
7. Small, light-weight table-top device with minimum space occupation
8. Semi-automatic with very easy and simple control
9. B asic equipment contains all accessories for fixed and removable dentures.
